  I liked how you talked while prepping all the ingredients instead of having them prepared ahead of time and telling us some info about the steps and process. This so something I’d make in the winter time and eat it by itself like a tomato stew.

  I would never imagine making a sauce like this, will definitely try it, although in Canada we don't have all those varieties and hard to find ripened tomatoes. I can't wait to see the difference between how i typically make a sauce, thanks for sharing you are very generous. Also, I like how you keep things neat and tidy when cooking something I need to do.

  Awesome addition Simone! &nbsp; &nbsp;I&apos;m traveling around Rome at the moment trying to visit the Michelin restaurants I see on YouTube...but not making much progress as it&apos;s hot as hell here right now and it&apos;s like draining my batteries. &nbsp; One day on a future trip - I&apos;ll try visiting your restaurant. &nbsp; I love these shows buddy!
