  People from wealthy states pumped money in to the modest Dallas market and crashed it. Main attraction of Dallas was the Value for money when it came to housing, but now that is taken away!

  Shady Realtors were not looking out for their buyer clients... &nbsp;They were looking for their commission. &nbsp;The higher price of the house, the more commission they get...

  That area is full of Corporate Relocating from CA. Frisco, Plano and Prosper are full of homes in Debt.<br><br>They were counting on selling high. But instead bought high, using corporate incentives and bonuses that are now gone.

  Wife and I tried to buy in 2023. We were outbid on every offer. By ALOT. +$40K Andwe couldnt keep up and we&apos;ve been renting G a house since. We&apos;re hitting the market again later this year. We don&apos;t want a sale, we just want affordable

  Cash buyers from CA and huge Bidding wars jacked up housing prices to unrealistic levels. &nbsp;People were bidding $100K over asking to win the house. &nbsp; Insane!!

  The housing prices were artificially inflated over the last few years. $180,000 home was being sold for upwards of $400,000…$500K homes being sold for close to $1M. I honestly can’t believe people fell for that trap. No common sense.

  A 450k home prior to 2019/ 2020 is being put for sale for 700 to 850k. I lived in Austin and people sitting in other cities who knew nothing about Austin market bought at almost double the price. And they saw the realty 2 to 3 yrs later when they lost 100 to 200k neworth. People bought without checking and the realtors have tricked them into believing it&apos;s a great investment opportunity!! &nbsp;The presenters advise in the end was great , don&apos;t buy now and perpetuate the situation. Wait and let tht sellers come to realty . I am trying to buy a home for 5 yrs now but my instinct says it&apos;s madness to buy now.

  thank you dallas. my husband and i moved here in march from out of state and now we see great houses dropping in price everyday so we’ll get a great deal by end of year. we tip our hat to everyone in the industry who allowed over building.
