It really reinforces one of the main points of this video: there isn’t a perfect van for everyone.<br><br>The best van depends on how you travel, what matters most to you, and the compromises you’re willing to make.<br><br>I’d still love to hear your reasoning—which van would you choose and why?

  I have two points that I believe you should have mentioned: 1- You implied that Ford had a much wide service network, however, the Ford USA service network is about 3000 dealers and the RAM USA dealer new work is about 2700, so in my mind they are about the same and considerably more than the Sprinter. Note: I know some friends that had their Sprinter diesel go into limp-mode in Alaska and were over 300 miles from the only Sprinter repair dealer in Alaska, which posed a major problem. 2- The RAM vans in 2023 went to a ZF 8-speed transmission that is bulletproof and has been used allover the world in millions of vehicles, so for a 2023 or newer RAM van the transmission is not a problem. <br>Thank you for your video.

  I’ve driven my Promaster across 19 countries in central and South America on all sorts of roads at high altitude, across the Amazon, through Patagonia and in the Andes and ours isn’t the only Promaster traveling these countries. The vans a beast, no all wheel drive needed. Cheers from Uruguay.

  I&apos;ve been a lurker in the van life world for some time now. &nbsp;There&apos;s a certain fascination to it, although I may never take the leap at 70 years old. Maybe become a part-timer. &nbsp;Anyway, &nbsp;this was a fantastic video for people wanting to start out. &nbsp;I would say the best I have seen so far. Thanks for making it.

  You did a great job with this video and laying out the specs for each Van. I&apos;ve been doing research for maybe seven months now and I feel like I got the most information out of your video as we&apos;re choosing which chassis to have our custom builder build upon.   Don&apos;t overlook the OCCC ( Occupant Cargo and Carrying Capacity) of these vehicles. &nbsp;Aside from the space, this weight capacity limit is super important. &nbsp;We have a 2012 Roadtrek RS Adventurous with the dual rear wheels. &nbsp; This will give you a lot of extra weight capacity and extra stability. &nbsp;Here&apos;s what you need to know; &nbsp;the probability of both tires on the right or left side going flat or a tire failure is very low. &nbsp;<br><br>Also, be safe and get a tire pressure monitoring system. &nbsp;All vans should have one, it&apos;s safer. &nbsp;<br><br>It&apos;s true that you can go 300,000 to 500,000 miles. &nbsp;The question is, do you have enough time to drive this far.

  I think the Promaster 118 is the best for me and my small-medium size dog. This is because I’m 5’3”, so I get the benefits of a small van and can still stand up.

  If you believe that cargo vans are not meant to be jeeps, then the ram pro master all day long. It has the best turning radius, it is the widest van and it is the easiest to build out. The entire engine could be removed in about three hours.

  Thanks for taking the time to do the research and providing us with this extensive information. &nbsp;I am in the early stages of my own research to determine which platform I&apos;ll purchase for a custom build. &nbsp;Your video has been very helpful and solidifies my decision to go with the Ford Transit for AWD, power, and service. Because I plan to live out of my van year-round and occasionally travel to remote areas, these are important considerations. &nbsp;Thank you!!!

  It&apos;s too bad that Mercedes discontinued the Sprinter with the gas engine . I&apos;m leaning towards a Transit but I do like the look of the ProMaster . Super informative video as usual ! &nbsp;👍

  Love this video. I live in New York and deciding to get into the van life. I think Class B campers are okay in the city, so i am doing research on how to start on that.
