A good biscuit can be eaten all by itself, even without butter. But of course, butter makes (almost) everything better.

The difference between a Motel and a Hotel is that Motel room doors open directly into the parking lot and Hotel Rooms doors open into an interior hallway. Basically, you can park right in front of your Motel room whereas in a Hotel you must walk into the lobby and often take an elevator and another hallway to reach your actual room.

I suggest if you visit Texas you do it in the spring or fall. You haven't felt hot until you're there in the summer.

Motel: it’s designed for motorists, hotels are indoor hallways and designed for all kinds of travelers. Motels are designed so you can park right in front of your room. Like maybe 15 feet from the door.

My best advice is to ask a local where the best spots to eat are. Usually mom & pop restaurants, home cooking. You can't beat it.
