Soul Food is ethnic Black American cuisine. It's not "Caribbean food" nor is all "comfort food" Soul Food. Caribbean food and comfort food may borrow from Soul Food but Soul Food is it's own thing.

I grew up drinking Kool-Aid. It’s definitely liquid diabetes. <br>Soul Food was created by Black Americans, it’s not Caribbean food.

Soul food and comfort food are 2 totally different things! Comfort food is any food that makes you feel happy, nostalgic, etc...Soul food is a type of food that goes back to the slave days!
