  She brushed her teeth in the wrong order. Floss, rinse with water, tongue scraper, mouthwash, toothpaste. Don’t rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. Just spit it out. When you rinse, you’re rinsing away the protective layer of the toothpaste. My sister is a dental hygienist. Changed the game for my oral health.

  First woman went in😂😂😂 brutal honesty is best when it comes to GROWN ahh women who should know better. I feel so dirty if I can't bathe. It's a blessing to have clean running water and soap. They give hygienes free at shelters

  Unpopular opinion I always sleep with cotton underwear … I feel like  I sweat more when I go pantyless and my grandmother told me always sleep with underwear you never know what creepy crawlers might sleep with you at night 🤣 and one night a spider was in my bed before I fell asleep I guess what works for all woman
