  I think new solo mod is needed. May be decent optimization is needed much more, but I doubt it would be done in a little time.

  I wonder if these trial sets given for free for only the Cataclysm expansion (so 3-4 months) can backfire? I&apos;m a returning player too and these trial sets were the main reason I was able to come back and stay. I played since Nax and left after Cobolds and Catacombs, so I had literally nothing aside from the Core set, and one of the ladder ready decks given out to returning players for free. Being able to only focus on Cataclysm helped me greatly. Being mostly F2P, &nbsp;it was actually the first time I had ability to try out so many decks and classes on the expansion launch. Which was great! Again, I&apos;m not sure I would&apos;ve spent that much time in HS during Cataclysm if not for that. <br><br>That being said, I&apos;ve recently realized that I gotta do some heavy prep-work now. Because once the next expansions drops these trial sets are taken out and I&apos;ll find myself in the situation where I now suddenly need to get 3 expansions again, not only the latest one. Which kinda sucks? I want to keep playing the game and like the current state, but I also don&apos;t want to drop 2k gold or 15$ on Un&apos;goro mini set from Jul 2025 or something. I&apos;d rather do the next expansion pre-order. <br><br>My question is - how many returning players like me will actually do the prep-work (grind a lot, get battle pass maybe, save gold, idk) or are ready to pay up big, getting last year&apos;s packs or mini-sets in addition to the new set?<br><br>Something tells me there may be plenty of players who&apos;ll find themselves in their &quot;pre Cataclysm&quot; state with half Standard collection suddenly missing again, and might simply leave the game.

  You forgot to mention the absurd 80% increase in product prices! For me, that was the main reason for the fall of Homebrew in Brazil!

  Hearthstone should bring back &quot;Adeventures&quot;. It gave the players free cards, packs and a fun story driven game to play.

  Been playing since 2014 (closed beta) and just quit the game a month ago. Realised that my fun and want to play the game depends too much on the meta

  I came back to heartstone after years. Thanks for the background context. Crazy how game can change and what poor decisions can do and how hard is it to regain trust.

  I started playing back in old gods, and quitted around rastakhan&apos;s. now, kinda returned (a friend suggested to play BG duo), I&apos;m not really hooked. like sure, I do events and weeklies, but never really excited when I press play, be it standard, wild or solo bg

  I just want a way to use old cards. Twist is fine with me. Unfortunate there is no mode where you just get to enjoy your collection. Rarran&apos;s old 1v1 challenges were fun enough to watch. Would be nice to play them.

  As player, more than a new class i need more Adventures like Uldum or Dalaran Heist. 😊 But i know they can&apos;t be profitable. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Recently i brought Uldum Adventure for 1800 gold <b>just for fun</b> and yeah, i&apos;m having a lot of fun playing Heroic. 😊

  The biggest danger for standard lies within the ever increasing card pool, because some percentage of These cards will always bring more and new rng to the Mode.
