You got a subscriber. Recently retired and turned 62. Just getting seriously into fishing…unfortunately…not catching! Ha! Tried in my teens with the same results. Something I always wanted to be good at but have struggled at. I’m more patient and just enjoy being out…but would like to catch one every now and then to add to the satisfaction. Played sports in high school, taught myself to golf and shoot a bow in my 40’s, and fishing is buy the hardest thing I’ve ever done without getting results you can actually see…and that’s the thing…I could actually see my objective and act accordingly. Fishing is like a chess match trying to read things, figuring what they might react to, then putting it all together with a fairly accurate cast and proper action. I’m hoping it’s one of those things that really takes momentum once I start figuring a few things out. Loved how you made it easier to comprehend with simple instructions on what to look for, bait selection process, and how to work the bait. Unfortunately…for me…your casting accuracy is beyond next level and I imagine to be a significant part of your high success rate…it was awesome. I’ll focus on improving my reading of the situation & bait selection to hopefully get a fish soon and get the ball rolling! Take Care!🤙🏾
