Great video, Alec! Also great recommendation to see the video on the revival of Claymill, that was well worth a watch.

This video inspired me to go to Claymills for a steaming weekend, and I was happy to find these two there again forging a massive hammer! Was great to say hello, thanks for the chat guys. The whole of Claymills was also fantastic

I PITY THE MAN who starts a fight with Will - he was talking and joking whilst swinging a sledgehammer as if he was dusting the curtains...!

great to see an old massey running on steam, we have a 3cwt clear space due for some serious revival as its been stood in a yard for 60 years. After we have finished rebuilding our Goliath 60lber 😆

Very impressive to watch two skilled men working in tandem. You looked like you had been working together forever. Great video. Looking forward to seeing the lathe work next... Greetings from Belgium.

Great to see them following in the footsteps of the Men who forged and drove the Industrial Revoltution.

Many of your projects have done very well to show how important the forge was to the Victorian shop. Having a forge as an essential part of an everyday maintenance and repair shop for a pumping station seems crazy from the modern day, but it makes a lot of sense in the age before high-speed steel tooling and electric welding.
