  You are explaining all that my Mom is experiencing and illustrating. She was never diagnosed. She has Restless legs <br>syndrome for years and taking Oxpola for it. Then she has a running nose for just as long. Apparent symptoms of LD. she sees mice, babies, deceased family members. Lost her ability to stand and very restless when she is sleeping. On Targin Act for severe pain. And Tegretol for previous experienced TN. She is very frail. But now I can take action to assist her in the correct way. Thank you.

  I recognized them all and my husband was misdiagnosed with Parkinson&apos;s and no regards to when all the REM sleep problems, the delusions and paranoia...very rigid movement... changed Drs....Meds switched around to work with LBD and Parkinson&apos;s symptoms. &nbsp;I think he is in later stages and not sure what day will be when he cannot move...Still remembers well though, knows all of us and his friends and even things in his youth.

  Problem with this diagnosis of Lewy body dementia is no facility will be willing to take them as placements because they see it as too much work or care I’m seeing this in SNF’s and assisted living facilities

  I saw different features since azlong time. RBD since 2010, loss of smell, constipation, less clear and much slower thinking, smaller steps, and more. But I was not allowed to tell my story to the doctors in the hospital ( he came there vecause of a different disease), for privacy rrasons. They only had one test: a memory test. &nbsp;Ow we finally found a neurologist who has almost completed his studies. He recognizes LBD, but still no diagnosis, because his boss has his own ideas. He says: LBD is dementia. And dementia neans memory problems. Full stop.<br>.

  Our friends, a married couple got 2 Covid shots each and very soon after, they exhibited dementia symptoms. They were fine beforehand but now need constant care. We just visited them for 2 days and right after we left, they forgot we were there at all.We manage their affairs along with a family member but we all live far away. They think people are trying to steal their house, dig up their yard and other fantasies that are untrue. They refuse to move closer to their family member. They are deteriorating physically and mentally and are constantly losing things that cause them great distress. They now have sundowners as well. I know another person who got dementia after a Covid shot and I wonder why this is not talked about more. What has happened is so terrible and we are at our wits end.

  What difference does it make to be diagnosed in &nbsp;stage 0 or 1 or 2, except for time to prep for the worse, since doctors usually don&apos;t offer any treatment, based on my experience.
