  i love that the ending was them saying &quot;well, so long!&quot; and davis walking off. he showed up, understood the responsibility he had and took it seriously, and once it was done, he left. he put his all into something that didn&apos;t affect him because that&apos;s what he should have done, without pride or prejudice. it&apos;s logic you can apply to so many things in life! great movie and if you&apos;d like to get into more classic films i would love to watch those reactions too!

  I’ve started participating in mock jury trials and honestly you’d be surprised how accurate this movie still is today. There were the guys who just wanted to leave, the guys who didn’t pay attention and just went along with whatever the majority said. In fact, in my most recent one I was the only one who took notes about the specifics of the law so we could be accurate😭 someone compared me to the main character of this movie and I was like “I’m taking that as a compliment!” lol

  Another great single location movie is Alfred Hitchcock’s “Rope”; it’s from 1948 but in color :)
