  I was security for them once and in the lift I said I didn&apos;t hear hero. They started singing it in the lift for me. It was one of the coolest moments ever for me. Really cool guys!

  Here’s the best way to describe Nickelback. Everybody says they hate Nickelback. Then they hear a Nickelback song in their shuffle, and start singing the lyrics word for word.

  Working as a security guard, I&apos;ve met Chad Kroeger professionally several times over the years. He always been one of the nicest artists I&apos;ve seen. He&apos;s friendly to staff, shakes hands with guards, he takes time to sign autographs out back and remembers fans who go to multiple concerts.<br><br>I&apos;ve seen a lot of artists who were jerks. He&apos;s not one of them.

  That’s so strange cos I grew up in Africa post 9/11 and we loved nickleback in my high school 😂 we also never believed the steel beams just vaporized
