  Lee is a comedy legend here in the UK. He&apos;s 60 now, been with his wife since they were 16, married at 20 - so 40 years of marriage now. He retired a decade ago - made millions doing stand-up and just rode off into the sunset to enjoy it with his family

  I worked with Lee. He and his wife have a legendary good relationship. He is the kindest most caring celeb I have ever worked with. He and his wife have a very close, enviable relationship.

  Shout out to the lady in this video. Having someone with a great laugh always enhances a good stand up. I&apos;m laughing at Lee Evans and I&apos;m laughing at her laughing. Awesome

  Lee held the record for the biggest tour and sold out venue for years. He was the first comedian to be selling out stadiums in the UK if i remember rightly

  I believe his inspiration for physical comedy was Norman Wisdom

  If you&apos;re wondering how he ended up in the movie &quot;FIFTH ELEMENT&quot; with Bruce Willis.?? &nbsp;<br>Bruce went to watch one of his shows whilst filming the Movie in London. And instantly liked Lee. &nbsp;Offering him a small part in the Movie.

  a cracking line that&apos;s missing from this compilation. Lee&apos;s wife saying after he found something that was lost: &quot;its funny that, you always find it in the last place you look...&quot; Lee: &quot;Well yeaah, i wouldnt look for it...find it...and then keep f*****g looking!!!&quot;

  Me and my wife met Lee 30 years ago on her 21st birthday, we went to see him and then for a meal, after the meal we walked back to the theatre and he was just leaving so we spoke to him, he was the nicest most humble man I have ever met, it made our night and I’ll never forget it. He truly is a national legend. I’m just so sad that he’s retired now.

  Saw Lee Evans in Manchester he came out did his set, went off stage, came back on and did another hour, went off, back on for bohemian Rhapsody, off and back on for an encore all in all it was 4 hours, so ridiculously giving for the price of a ticket.
