  I have been shopping for groceries alone since I was 20. I know the price of everything in every store and shop accordingly. It's refreshing to see someone else does the same. I like hearing the Japanese music playing as you shop, none of this would play here and it's pretty awesome to hear the difference. Hope you are doing well

  It’s impressive how much planning goes into making one grocery trip last the whole month, especially using everything without wasting food. And shopping hungry around all that sushi, Wagyu, and cheesecake is definitely dangerous. 😂 I hope the peaches make the budget next time! 🍑

  Thanks for taking us along. I’m always fascinated by places where locals shop. I gravitate toward those areas more than the tourist areas whenever I travel. My wife doesn’t quite understand why I want to visit Costco the next time we’re in Japan. She thinks I’m strange lol. Btw, your husband is very lucky that you do most, if not all, of the chores.

  Almost all young couples in Denmark both work. Consequently, it has become increasingly common to share household chores—ranging from grocery shopping and cooking to cleaning and laundry—especially among the younger generation. My own mother took care of the home most of the time, but that is rarely seen anymore.

  If I’m trying to keep carbs low , I quite often make vegetable noodles , mandolining carrots courgettes , sliced onions , sometimes shredded cabbage , red peppers &nbsp;and stir frying with garlic chilli and ginger , is good as a side and also as a base for vegetable “ramen” I normally make a large pan full which will last for a few meals , as long as my daughter doesn’t swipe too much 🤣 <br>I love that you make so many different dishes with many variations 😃🍻
