In the United States we make meatloaf which is very close to hamburg steak. Beef, pork, bread crumbs, onion, an egg. We do not steam it, however. We put it in an oven and roast it. Served with ketchup or mushroom gravy.

Thank you for sharing another month of your everyday life. I was really hoping you'd get your bonus this year, so I felt disappointed for you when you said it wasn't paid. Even so, I admire how calmly you adjusted your budget instead of complaining. Watching you carefully plan your groceries, prepare meals, and still find joy in simple things is always inspiring.
