  When you move to a new home, throw away your broom, small rugs, and any cleaning tools that touched mold. They will bring mold into your new place.<br>If you want to keep them, wash them well with bleach first.✨

  I really like #5 and #6 😊 it&apos;s the best condition, no mold, it&apos;s clean, dry, no flood water 😊

  It is sad that people rent these moldy places. They have no heart. If you see mold, run fast! &nbsp;I pray you find a decent place. 🙏💗

  I liked 5 or 6. Also get a dehumidifier to get the moisture out of the room.

  #5 was definitely in your price range. #6 was the BEST one to me, even though it was a walk-up and quite a bit more money. The others are a definite NO. 😂 I pray you find something in your price range that’s truly worth it. Just check those walls carefully for mold, leaks, or water damage we don’t want you getting sick. ❤️🙏

  Room 6 for sure! It&apos;s $123 a month, clean walls/no signs of mold, 2 windows for fresh air, &nbsp;new-ish looking furniture, a window near the cooking area for ventilation, plenty of counter space, a great view, and a small hallway in front of the door. If I&apos;m not mistaken, it&apos;s not too far from markets. The only things negative: no loft (but still enough space for LuLu and you) and it&apos;s on the 4th floor (but that means no concern of flooding)! This, in my opinion, was the best price for everything you need. I really want you to be well and comfortable!

  Definitely room 6 it’s the cleanest and there’s no mold
