The Pantheon's concrete has stood ~1,900 years. In 2023 MIT finally showed why — and I put the buildable version (real mix, modern materials, safety) in Chapter 1 of the guide: https://medieval-wisdom.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=pin&utm_campaign=water-under-house
Which would you build first — concrete, waterproofing, or a foundation?

My house was built in 1863 there is known to be intermittent problems with my cellar flooding for over 59 years. The Water Authority Severn Trent Water Ltd refuse to admit the problem they want to charge me for there water problems . This includes a section 24 sewer they never maintained or even acknowledged at one time knowing my cellar flooded. They used to have closed unminuted meetings with there agents the local Council to limit liability. They tell lies and want to work on verbal agreements that they dont honour.
There are others who have similar problems including also sink holes blocked road gulleys and road gulleys not fit for purpose and that are never going to be fixed in my life time. Even though i was advised by the local Green Councilor it would be fixed still waiting still flooding no longer paying the Water Bill .
Dont want to pay my council tax since the only real benefit is the local park . I now sweep the road gutters myself and have told the Green Councillor that i will unblock the road gulleys that are blocked and sort out the chocolate tea pot road gulleys .
Warwickshire Police have been known to be corrupt for over 50 years especially relating to covering up freemason criminality.
But we are forced to pay Council tax where we get little to nothing in return. With nonperforming Councillors whom now cant be found and dont answer email.
One major property portfolio owner in student property forces the house prices up especially low budget first time buyer inner town market. Which forces young couples out to villages requiring transport whilst students dominate the towns property with out paying any contribution to council tax. To subsidise students and student landlords.
HS2 has no plans for a station on the Warwick University site but a railway is being built in Coventry from the inner City to link the Coventry Station to the University. At what cost ?

What professionals from Ofwat and Building Control stated was Severn Trent Water Ltd have no real understanding of the problem and they will never ever fix it.

Government per a Ministerial Letter that i waited 6 month for stated that new houses would be built along with sea groins. Ive been advised by others to rename my home SeaView or Lobster Pot Cottage as the nearest coastal town is Weston Super Mare around 2 hours away.
