  I was let go from my corporate job back in February and to be honest I felt nothing but relief. A month ago I decided to start my mornings without a phone. I do a 15-20 minute silent meditation, followed by a morning walk. I return home to make some green tea or a matcha latte and read at least one chapter of a book. No music, no phone and no computer. This routine has changed me for the better and was the best decision.
