Wow the conversation on anxiety/Performance State is exactly where I am living. It's generational in my family too. I had to go back and hear it again so I could take careful notes. Lord help me change this, I want to be a human being not a human doing. God bless you both.

I’m working on patience right this moment. Praying. This presentation is taking its time to load into my phone and I’m watching the circle go around It triggers some responses and now I must go challenge that thinking. Moment by moment. Be prepared.
