  Well, Chef . . . I hardly know what to say here!  You made this recipe your own, but it is practically the same way I learned this one from my Grandmother!  Thank you for the mention - and yes I am not only having so much fun editing your recipes for the new book, but I am also learning a LOT!!  So many nice comments from your subscribers here . . . and very nice to know that so many people also love eggplant.  Keep cooking.  Keep teaching.  Keep us all having fun in the kitchen.  So grateful!! 😋

  My 10 year old son has ADHD and is only able to fall asleep listening to your videos. He loves the way you talk ❤. He says you're very passionate about food and wants to cook like you.

  Chef<br>My daughter and I love this video! She just turned 12 on the 20th of Feb. she couldn’t decide what she wanted for her birthday. Now she told me we have to make this and try it out. I agree with her!! We both were starving by the end of the video. You are the Best! And you are inspiring my daughter to be a great cook! Actually you’re inspiring a new generation of cooks. We love your videos!

  Hey Chef, lotta people say never trust a skinny chef, but you aren’t exactly portly! However, I do believe you are one of my favorite all-time chefs to watch! Always love your recipes, and thank you for being a great American!

  Thank you chef JP especially for educating people! <br>I have been to several restaurants around the world and I can tell you that I have a system that tells me how to turn restaurants into family. <br>I make my reservation, order a drink and appetizer, ask to speak to the chef, watch the orders come out of the kitchen and if the chef comes out and speaks to me with pride and experience I&apos;ll then give my order. This will ultimately cause me to return several times per week with new customers and they bring in new customers. I&apos;m so loyal to those restaurants and then I feel like friends or family members are feeding me. Chef JP, you seem to be one of those wonderful chefs! Therefore, I&apos;m loyal to your channel and refer your videos out to other people and especially chefs.

  50 years ago when I lived in New Orleans we would stuff the eggplant with shrimp and crabmeat. &nbsp; My in-laws were Cajun and the best cooks on earth! &nbsp;I&apos;mmagonna make some stuffed eggplant this week-end! &nbsp;Have a great day...
