May I humbly suggest riding a single speed. Then a 3 speed. The rest becomes obvious from thereon. Lessons are not required.

Various "Speeds" allow for a more efficient cadence. This is not covered. 50-60 rpm is ideal. For the love of God, please cover this fact.
