Yep, I have ADHD and I got the "caffeine chills you out" strain (or, in high doses of pure caffeine, act as poor man's adderol)
Yay to paradoxical caffeine response!
But also I went undiagnosed well into adulthood so I just assumed everyone drank coffee at night to focus, or to calm their nerves

39:40 It wasn't the guy who screwed up who said it. The resident was the one who made the mistake and he was really upset about it. The surgeon, probably the guy who he was learning from, is the one who said the "who cares, it's just a UPS driver" comment. So sounds like a situation where the veteran surgeon had dissociated from his emotions for so long that he had become numb and the relatively young doctor who truly cared because he saw how bad his mistake could've been.

Not eating for 12-16 hours is a lot different between you living your life and a nurse walking a 5k daily checking in on people and tending to things.

I imagine they use the pool so they can empty the truck into the pool and get more so the pump never runs dry

Then right at about 6:23, water works for a whole different reason, combined with root beer shooting out of my nose, the quote was so hilarious! lol

47:01 I totally get this one. I have diagnosed PTSD from multiple, separately occurring events, most of which are kinda stupid and easy to laugh at, and I joke about it when I’m in a good mood. Like you want to know where my fire-related PTSD came from? I was scared off a toilet mid-shit by an unexpected fire drill in first grade. My bestie and I both laugh about it together as long as I’m not triggered, because hey I’m not about to lie and say it’s not funny 😂
