  I love how your overall explanation especially<br>( effort - skill - interest ) loop circle <br>aint only work to math! Its basically can be applied to subject we want to start learning!<br> The more difficult the challange to start, is the massive pure dopamine will hit! Instead of cheap dopamine from scrolling! Thank you!

  weird part- When I get a sudden hit of dopamine due to something, I lose interest. Like, for example- I did a hard trigonometry problem (it was hard for me tho) by myself, it took me more than 15 minutes to solve that and when I finally did, I was so happy and I taught that problem to all my peers but, I never ever felt motivated not even by that dopamine boost and this is how I never touched a trigonometry problem until the day of my exams and I performed really poor. I knew I could do this- because I was still motivated and had confidence but I couldn&apos;t do well due to lack of practice. this isn&apos;t just about Math, it happens to me all the time, with everything. I feel so stuck
