Being the eldest daughter means having to face so much pressure. I've been watching you're videos from covid time. The first video I watched of you was when I was so anxious and behind my studies. It was how to wake up at 4 am . Today I got a fully funded scholarship and now I'm in 3rd year of university. Thank you so much ❤ love from Pakistan 😊

4:00 “Every time you discredit yourself, or get upset with yourself for doing less, you’re actually teaching yourself that anything less than best is failure… and if you’re constantly feeling like you’re failing, eventually you’ll start resenting the process, and that’s the quickest way to burn out and quit.”

This is the best real life advice I’ve ever heard and it makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing your insights. 🙏 I agree with you 100%.

Guys, it's so important to look after your health if you're experiencing issues with your mood and concentration, especially if you've been the victim of a crime, whether physical or psychological. Due to extreme stress and trauma, I was feeling terrible and my period became irregular. I decided to get a medical examination to find the root cause of my symptoms. I was diagnosed with leaky gut, malabsorption, and multiple nutrient deficiencies, including vitamins B12, B6, folate, D3, magnesium, and zinc. I used to think I was just lazy or not a high-achiever, which is why I struggled in school. Looking back, it's so obvious why my energy was completely drained. I had to replenish the essential vitamins and minerals my body desperately needed and focus on lowering my stress levels.
