That is the perfect starter spot for us. We are coming to Cam in September. Knowing places like that are available is comforting. And btw, ditch your microwave use an Air fryer instead. 😂

I would consider it for $300-$350...for $400, I feel there would be other places with a second bedroom that I would prefer - this is for the first one...the second one , the deal breaker is the single hot plate burner...I like to cook at home and for those prices, I want a proper kitchen
