I saw one video of a dude who was apartment hunting but then just decided to stay at the small family run hotel he was at because he formed a relationship with the family (must be nice to be retired haha) and he decided if he moved to an apartment, he'd be leaving behind his friendship and some more meaningful connections.<br>Not for everyone of course but pretty nice perspective.

The apartment is great you've done well! The bedroom itself would do for some people, never mind having the downstairs space.<br><br>Would reccomend a cheap projector with all the blank wall space downstairs Vs buying another TV for there as is also something you can take with you when you leave!
