This is pure gold to me. My brother and I used to watch this over and over and over on tape and recite all of the dialogue to each other. We did that for over the last 30 years. My brother passed away in September and watching this now means so much to me. I hope Mr. Short realizes what an impression that he had on my life! It's a good ting!!!

Being born and raised in Hamilton Ontario, I had the chance to meet Marty a few times. I was just a kid, but obsessed with SCTV. I saw him on the way to his highschool reunion (the highschool I would attend years later), and he did a little Ed Grimley for me in a gas station parking lot. He's a national treasure.

Only by his chin did I recognize Christopher Guest in that first sketch. He can morph into characters so amazingly

Martin Short is without doubt one of the most brilliant, versatile comedians.  I've been a fan for many years.

Glad I could post it.  It was converted from a VHS, as you may have guessed, but I think it came out great. Couldn't find much from this on youtube prior...

Opening prayer scene with Christopher Guest made 12 months of quarantine, 18 additional pounds, relapse of major depressive disorder and 7 inches of dust on every surface of my home worthwhile.

Very strange and chaotic: a bit of brilliance. One rarely sees anything like this. Thanks for discovering the piece. <br>

Martin&apos;s comic portrayals of Jerry Lewis and Monty Clift are genius.
