  As a former Coast Guardsman, I have to wonder why there isn't any Marine Patrol, Coast Guard, etc. cruising this inlet when traffic is like this. There is rarely a boat that goes by that isn't violating at least one safety rule or regulation that would warrant a stop. It's insane.

  This video gives many examples of why I avoid Miami when I am boating. &nbsp;I have never seen so many rude, ignorant people on boats any where else I have been.

  Nobody seems to know how to throw a cushion or life ring for the simple fact it makes the person overboard more visible. Never life preservers nearby either. The behavior of many of these “captains” is outrageous!

  The lack of urgency to save the girl in the water is sickening. Every one of those idiots should be ashamed of themselves.

  The chaos of that place is just incredible. The number of people who don&apos;t recognise the dangers. Virually no-one wears a life vest, even for the roughest parts.

  So they just watch people almost drown? No grabbing a couple life jackets, putting one on and diving in? Throwing a life line? Anything? Just calmly watch them struggle back to the boat. Crazy.
