  The idea that solutions for next-gen batteries could come from things like our own blood or ecosystems in the Amazon really shows how much we still have to learn from biology

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbprE3qROs0&amp;t=45">0:45</a> that&apos;s actually chlorophyll --- you might be astonished/mind blown to know that the only difference between chlorophyll and hemoglobin is that that M is an Fe instead of magnesium. And some side chains. Chlorophyll is essentially the same thing as what is in our blood --- we could genetically engineer chloroplasts to live in our skin. We would be green, and you could walk outside for lunch.

  Stopping chlorine gas where cathode meets acid @<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbprE3qROs0&amp;t=447">7:27</a>...a 180 from what I used to do in a 3 MW chlor-alkali plant. &nbsp;We did monitor the chlorine gas coming off our anode for any pass through H2, religiously. &nbsp;Thus the 1/4&quot; steel blast armor around the gas headers! &nbsp;Of course DuPont will have the membranes for any such battery, they have quite the niche!
