I am so happy to see this collab. Teal has quite literally saved my life. Before I found her teachings, I was a lost addict. I was dying physically and emotionally. I dove into her teachings, and did the work. Today I am sober. I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. My gratitude and respect for this woman is beyond what I could express 🙏

I’m an anthropologist and had such bad PTSD I couldn’t go into academia. After 12 years of talk therapy I experienced sudden abandonment. So many therapists haven’t done their own work and are immature and unprofessional. I finally found somatic work and became a trauma recovery coach and started healing in earnest. My clients and even friends haven’t ever been well served by their psychiatrists and only occasionally by therapists. I’m now focusing on coaching for all the reasons you and Teal discussed. I have been listening to her for years and her discussions on trauma have always resonated. Somehow the algorithm brought me to your channel and I’m so glad I found it

I had three different therapists over the last 10 years - nobody helped me more then applying most of Teal's work.

All I can say is I've been to therapy off and on for 25 years and it made me feel worse and they gave me diagoses that didnt fit and we later found out werent correct and I never had an apology for it. So they tried to make me think I was disturbed for 25 years.<br><br>The psychologists were unpleasant, looked down upon me and some were incredibly harsh. I also said over and over I was with "guys who doesnt treat me so kind" And still noone saw that I was in abusive relationships. So no, no new insights came from it. <br><br>The internet however has helped 100% making me realise what I was in and put a stop to it. It was a journey over 5 years that I am at the end of now. Strangers on the net guided me right for free and psychologists took so much money from me and the state (who paied most of it) for absolutely NOTHING. So yes, therapy is a scam.

You two are truly helping a broken population that so many licensed therapists have been unable to reach, often because of government regulations and rigid textbook approaches. I can’t express how brave you both are to step outside of that system and genuinely care about changing behavior, not just managing symptoms.<br><br>People like me are deeply thankful. I’ve invested over $70,000, over the past decade to address PTSD and trauma, plus another $36,000 more recently after falling into a deep state of grief from a painful breakup, to finally feel like I’m able to operate in my feminine, empower myself, and choose a healthy, whole, secure partner. None of this has been covered by my expensive health insurance, which speaks volumes about the gaps in our current system.<br><br>Your willingness to address trauma honestly and help people actually change their patterns is rare and courageous. We’re blessed to have these videos and thank you both for your exceptional work.

Teal Swan is the real deal. When you're born into a dysfunctional family and you've been tethered to them for decades despite wanting to move away and never see them again, the unbearable pain you live through tends to really fine tune your intuition. The more I listen to her, the more my intuition tells me she's the real thing.
