We have NEVER HEARD OF KEVIN THE CARROT! We don't have these UK Aldi Kevin The Carrot Christmas Ads here in the USA. And our biggest question after watching these? WHY NOT? The UK has some pretty amazing adverts and we are feeling the lack of entertainment here in America with our stale ads these days. If this video doesn't get you into the Christmas spirit, we don't know what will! And that FOOD!? We don't have ANY of that food here in the States! The British Christmas dinners are SO DIFFERENT to our American dinners! We LOVED this episode and we're sure you will too. Thanks Kevin for putting us into the Holiday mood! Thank you SO much for watching! If you enjoy our content, please consider subscribing to our channel, it is the BEST way to support our channel and it's FREE! Also, please click the Like button. I'd forgotten how good some of the earlier Kevin ads were!
We had a guest from Boston, USA, visit us just before Christmas, so we gave him a traditional Christmas meal. A few things amazed him. Our roast potatoes, maple syrup roasted parsnips, and Christmas crackers which he'd never even seen before. He wanted parsnips every day during his stay and took all of the little gifts from the crackers home with him. It was lovely to share our traditions.

I work for Aldi in the UK. Every year at our RDC (warehouse) we have a Santa's grotto for the workers to bring their families to meet Santa. And there's always someone dressed as Kevin the carrot walking around the warehouse and greeting the kids.

You missed the "right in the nuts" joke. That's my favourite one and you bloody missed it... Glad you enjoyed the video though....

If you don't have food like this at Christmas, show us what an American Christmas looks like

Kevin the Carrot is part of the UK Christmas tradition and has been for a number of years. He’s a married carrot. His wife’s name is Katie and they have a little carrot family.

The truck was the ending of the film "The Italian Job", we never found out what happened there either.

One little detail (Easter egg?) you may have missed in the last advert... the black and white striped sweets/candies who capture the Christmas Spirit are known as humbugs

Typical English humour, with a bit of cheeky mixed in, all the film references are just brilliant. 😂

Traditionally you leave out a mince pie (or maybe a slice of Christmas cake), a glass of something alcoholic (co-incidentally it’s always whatever your Dad likes drinking ; ) and a carrot for the reindeer. In the morning there would be an empty glass, crumbs on a plate and the carrot would have a big bite out of it!
