We need to be asking about all the money the state lottery brings in. We need an audit, to find out where all that money is going, and has gone.

A Yes vote is the smart choice.
Voting Yes provides immediate tax relief for homeowners while keeping the door open to address the school tax portion in the future. It is a practical first step that puts money back into the pockets of property owners now.
A No vote, on the other hand, means the proposal fails. There will be no tax relief for homeowners, and there is no guarantee this opportunity will come before voters again. If the measure is defeated, we lose the chance to reduce our tax burden and remain responsible for paying the full amount.
This is our opportunity to send a message that homeowners deserve meaningful tax relief. Vote Yes today, secure the savings available now, and continue working toward additional reforms in the future.
A Yes vote moves us forward. A No vote leaves us exactly where we are.

I have the perfect solution. No state property taxes and the money is made up by taxing the salaries of all politicians in Tallahassee instead. Let them pay for it.

These local governments have proven that they cannot budget responsibly they keep taxing and spending and spending on BS programs that the taxpayers don't want. They take our tax dollars and reward their donors their family members their friends with our tax dollars. It's time that the politicians learn to stay within the budget WE the taxpayers give them and that's it

Why do politicians continually just screw the populace? And why do WE the people just take it??

I may be missing something here but the only place that I see anything about property tax relief is on YouTube.

I pray that everyone votes yes to #3 in November. I think all these groups ( paid for with our taxpayer money!) that are now scaring people into thinking that we will lose services should be shut down! It’s shameful ! I am a senior on a limited budget and want to know why is it I’ve scrimped and saved all my life to have a comfortable ….not extravagant retirement and have to account for every dollar I spend but these politicians have no accountability! If we demanded that EVERY SINGLE EXPENDITURE OF OUR TAXPAYER MONEY WAS PUBLISHED ONLINE FOR ALL TO SEE A-LOT OF THIS RIDICULOUS SPENDING WOULD STOP. Make them accountable for spending your money! If we have to live within a budget so should they.

No. We need an audit. My association management has not had an audit for years, refuse to do an audit for x and y reason. We are supposed to have transparency. We need an audit in everything.

This is our chance! It is our job to inform our family members, friends, coworkers, etc. I am so tired of gov spending our money and we being asked to thighten our belts. It has been proven they are using our money for things they should not be. Sadly, I see a lot of people commenting (other places) they will vote no because local gov will not have money to pay for fire, police, park and others. The same gov has launched a campaing to scared Floridians they will not have money for essential services. This bill also makes sure that those essentials are covered first before they can spend our money on other things. The roads have not gotten twice as better, police has not either, if anything they used our money for flock cameras. This ammendment needs to pass!

We really need to throttle the growth in city and county budgets. 30 billion when Desantis was 1st elected and now 60 billion. Doubling in a short time! We can not sustain another 30 billion increase! Out of control tax growth. I just wonder if total compensation of top city and county management exceeds state management compensation.
