This is only the beginning. She’s gonna be shocked at what some people have given Ramsay for their signature dishes on later seasons.

Jean Philippe (JP) is the GOAT btw. He became a professional chef after leaving Hells Kitchen. I don't know if he still is one currently, you'll love him

They released a great series that was “Hell’s Kitchen raw.”
It was basically every dinner service from the first season in real time with minimal edits, no narration and no sound effects. There are even shots of other cameramen in the shot . Raw. What it shows best to me is how Gordon was actually only brutal when he was frustrated . Otherwise he was professional and even encouraging , which we do not see in the final edits. It is worth the watch.

Im not sure if any one knows this. But to eat at Hells Kitchen the TV show. You do not pay to eat at the Hell's Kitchen TV show set; your meal and drinks are free as part of being a production guest, but you must apply, be selected, sign waivers, and endure a long, unpredictable shoot where you might not eat if the kitchen shuts down.

Gordon has absolutely called down significantly since season 1. Hence why most compilations of Hell's Kitchen roasts are from the first 10-11 seasons. This is him at his most unfiltered. It is a great experience. Why did he calm down? His mom asked him to not curse so much and he's had a lot more kids.

2 people impressed with their first dishes, what do they both have in common; simple well cooked dishes, not fancy flavors or ingredients just good food done well.

 For context:
The customers come knowing the risk, and they get the food for free for that reason.

Two things will earn the absolute worst of Chef Ramsay's wrath: overcooked scallops and undercooked risotto

28:18 The "we're not blondes" thing was likely because they weren't natural blondes and the one lady didn't wanna be associated with the dumb blonde trope on TV... unfortunately for her that didn't work out 😂
