You have to set the LLDV EDID in the madVR to allow the K send Dolby Vision signal. The Kaleidescape is doing some video processing at that point though.

Can you plug a 2.5Gb ethernet adapter into the USB port?
@swhmetta · 2 months ago
yeah, you should not use the MadVR for the demo.. would like to know how much better the picture is? Does it look better than a disc?

Hi I enjoyed the live show! Thank you for turning off the lights so you could see the Diffrence. I would like to know your honest opinion on the video quality and the difrences between the files.
Being only a 1GB this has stop me from buying in. But I am intrested in the tecnology. I will wait for the next Genaration Strato. I was so excited to buy this product but they cheapened on the network conection, that pissed me off. They should have left off the old legasy conections.

I just bought a used V for a really good price. I thought it was kind of crazy how buried the menu aspect ratio change was. You have to go into the WebOS and it’s hidden in there. Shocked that isn’t in the player’s main Settings. Also, the stand alone V does have the movie wall. You don’t have to have a Terra.

Hello, you know what I don't understand is why they do not alow you to show the demos on youtube? By doing this they stop pepole from seeing and
hearing what the system can do! This help pepole to buy all type of equipment that is free advitising for all companies' to benifit from.
For example movies when they see the demos they would guy them, audio and video equipment. So Why do think?
