  Not sure how I stumbled upon your video, but I really appreciate the content. As someone who’s been in the Austin area most of my life you touch on some super valid points. I’m super interested in that noise map! There’s been a lot of grumblings in my area near 360 about loud vehicles and motorcycles racing!

  Perhaps off topic but do you have any insights on buying empty lots and the owner build their own home. I know nothing of the Austin area or surrounding areas. I would imagine this is impossible in Austin, but what about surrounding areas? I hear permits are quite the headache up there. For context, we live south of San Antonio and my father built our house. My parent&apos;s property is paid off as well as their home. There are really no permits down here, this is a blessing and a curse.

  People selling fixer uppers in Austin crack me up. Those idiots think they can sell a fixer upper or a teardown for market value like they could in 2021. Dumb elitists!
