Hi Zack ! I think the words you were looking for to describe Lara as a singing performer could have been : Class, Grace, Authenticity and Humility. She always make sure we believe her. By the way, don’t worry about how you pronounce her last name ; she herself has 3 to 4 different way of saying it according in which country she’s asked. A lot of us are happy to count you as a fan of her by now ! And it’s not over yet ! Enjoy ! Thanks !

John Williams and Lara met when he selected her to sing his song For Always, from the soundtrack of Spielberg's 2001 movie "A.I.".
On this soundtrack, she has a solo version of For Always and alao a duet version with Josh Groban.

Lara apparently stepped up to replace Barbra who was supposed to sing it herself during this concert but was sick that day.
Lara was already part of the concert to sing their duet with Josh.
She knew Evergreen perfectly, it is one of her favorite songs ever, since she discovered it when she was 8 yo. And Barbra is one of her idols as we already mentioned previously.

Wait till you see her duet with Josh Groban - John Williams put them together at this same concert to sing “For Always”, the theme song from the movie AI, directed by Spielberg.

She sings it alone on the soundtrack - but at this concert, the duet is exquisite.
