  The first time my husband & I traveled together as a couple when we were dating we found ourselves in a small cafe in the middle of nowhere.  The cafe had a jukebox.  I went over and this song was on there.  Put my money in and played this song for my then boyfriend.  I sang it to him under the glare of the fluorescent lights as we drank our bad coffee.   This October we're celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary.

  This was the song I walked down the Isle when I married the love of my life.I just buried him two days ago.Thank you Randy Travis for the most wonderful touching song ever!God Bless you.

  My wife left me 8 days ago. And I deserved the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Because I took her for granted and let petty things come between us. She was over and done. But I just talked to her for hours on the phone and sent her this song and we remembered our most precious memories in the last 18 years and I felt hope out of nowhere in our love and then the closest thing to pure joy short of the Holy Spirit. May God forgive and hear my prayer and restore my family. Either way.. I will love and trust in him with all my heart to direct my footsteps and walk in his grace.

  32 years ago my husband sang this to me on our wedding day.  Beautiful song; the words are all true. We are still together, with grey hair now and still serving GOD.
