  I’ve worked in the Bush of Northern Canada most of my life. Shit happens you kept your head and you got out safe, don’t be too hard on yourself

  I’ve been looking forward to seeing this video. Watching it from the warmth, safety and security of my living room couch and, having not been out there to experience it first hand, I have many questions and opinions about decisions/choices you made and things you did and didn’t do. <br>I won’t burden you with them. I’m just extremely glad this had a happy ending. I’m sure you learned a lot from this experience. <br>See you in the next video 👍🏻

  Knowing when enough is enough and it exceeds either your expectations, preparations or ability, it&apos;s O.K. to pull out. &nbsp;However, there are things to consider, before you go. &nbsp;Suggest to never go alone, have clothing like a decent pounco to cover your self to keep moisture/ wet off of you. &nbsp;Put in a lot more firewood and build up a much bigger fire. &nbsp;Have a better ground cloth and thicker insulated ground pad. &nbsp;Your tarp size was fine, but around the bottom edge, build up extra snow to stop drafts/ snow from coming in underneath. &nbsp;Take and carry &quot;pocket&quot; warmers. &nbsp;One thing that will help keep your feet warm is put your bare feet into plastic bread sacks, then put your wool socks back on, and put you waxed water proofed boots back on. &nbsp;Carry extra wool mittens and don&apos;t use cotten gloves. &nbsp;Wear as much wool as you can. &nbsp;There&apos;s a light weight worsted wool long under wear, that will help you keep warm. &nbsp;Wear a &quot;hat&quot; that has a Brim. &nbsp;For your dog, consider getting a dog coat to hold off the weather.
