You are not only helping techs you are helping customers understand what standards they should expect from reputable hvac company!  As a super involved female homeowner,  I know zero about hvac. Seeing your videos makes me want to become a technician!!!! I'm definitely going to be cleaning my own unit to see if that helps.  I built in 2017 so my unit is almost 10 years old and although I think my HOA covers the unit cleaning, I'm now armed with the knowledge to check it myself!  If I had all of your cool toys I would attempt everything but I know my limits. So thankful I came across your video when looking up why my unit was not turning off or reaching temp. Thank you so much!

I'm a new tech and clean coils for a big portion of my day. This helped greatly. I will for sure start making the panels, top and fan look clean to impress the homeowner. It's such a simple thing but can help show them the value of their $240 twice yearly maintenances

Shout out from Mississippi man your content is not only good from a knowledge standpoint but a business standpoint too. You always emphasize why quality work = customer retention. You’re 100% correct about that call back. The difference between a call back for a mistake vs an annual call from a returning customer is what separates jokers from journeymen.

Question. I have that vertical vent pipe between my air handler and the trap. It's blowing conditioned air out through it cause it's not capped. I don't see any other vent after the trap so should I leave it open or should I cap it? I appreciate your time.
