Latif! Love your cooking! You don’t have to give up rice - just change WHEN you eat it! Do this:<br>Protein first, veg and then wait a few minutes and then eat your rice (best reheated to change the carb structure)<br>Start your day with hydration and lemonjuice and some apple cider vinegar! 4 eggs for breakfast with some veg. Trust me - I’ve lost 7kgs in a few months

Latif we've got to know you very well over the years and you'll succeed with your diet to lose weight and improve your health as you are a winner. You started this channel from nothing and now you have almost half a million subscribers. You've put everything into your channel and you'll do the same with your health. I'm not South Asian so I haven't felt too guilty about this, but have been pretty happy substituting a lot of green beans, cauliflower, and cabbage as a base. It's obviously not quite the same but they carry the flavors beautifully. Green beans in particular really love a tomato-based sauce.
