  Maybe southern Indian inspired but I reckon a few mustard seeds with some curry leaves fried along with the garlic (or a tadka at the end) would suit this really well😊

  Can’t wait to watch you extra close again. My wife and I had to go keto 3 years ago, and had to walk away from some of my favorite foods because of low carb. I used to cook a number of your recipes in the pre-keto days. Please stick with this and take us on this journey!

  Using the airfryer is great for this, and finely chopping the stalks from the leaves too. dry frying it makes it go really nutty and even more like rice

  Commenting from Tampa, FL. Used to live down the road from you on Wychwood Park near Weston! I’ll give this a go because I used to avoid cauliflower ( bad memories of the smell from over boiled in school dinners) but have discovered cauliflower crust pizzas allow the flavours of the pizza to dominate, plus they are healthier than standard pizza dough. I’ll be in for a curry when I next visit the area 😁

  That looks good. We sometimes supplement the cauli rice with say red rice and pearl barley, both of which benefit from a pilau. Thanks for sharing 🙏
