  An informed patient is an empowered patient. Unfortunately, Watchtower muddies the waters when it comes to blood transfusions and blood management. This has resulted in a lot of unnecessary loss of life. Thank you for addressing this and for the information!

  The worst decision I ever made was agreeing to involve my family, expecting wife and three toddler children with Jehovah’s Witnesses. On so many levels they perpetrated a complete fraud on its members. Their fictional prophecies were false, they practiced medical directives that exposed them to bodily harm and death. Additionally, they allowed pedophiles to injure the child members while protecting the pedophile, and the financial benefit for their corporation. Their disfellowshipping and shunning practice is resulting in our four children shunning us for the past four years. At the same time, we are dealing with the depression and extreme loss of life of members that were abused. Their blood policy will haunt them and everyone involved for the foreseeable future.

  This was an amazingly balanced and calming video.   As an ex JW , i'm  delighted JW's are now going to have the choice although I'm incredibly angry that the old men in their Gov Body made their own "law" that not only killed many thousands but also ostracised many many people from their families via disfellowshipping because they chose their own lives by taking blood

  As an ex-Jehovah's Witness; i chose not to transfuse. I was in a fit enough state to drink, so that is what i did. I just drank water. I didnt drown my gut til i bloated. I just drank. I was suprised how quickly my body responded to the water.
