  Great video! It took me a while to realize the difference between polyester + spandex velvet, cotton velvet, and silk + rayon velvet. You want the silk velvet! That&apos;s the softest, most plush and luxe feeling. Velvet is a classic, so I think you&apos;ll keep those pieces for a long time too. &lt;3

  I&apos;ve been a big ring wearer ever since knowing a beautiful belly dancer who wore rings on all of her fingers and thumbs. I became obsessed with it.

  Pausing halfway through the video: that stripey dress you’re interested in is from linennaive!! I’ve bought a couple of things from them in the past and the quality is incredible :) figured I’d share the brand name in case you’d like to keep an eye out for them on secondhand shopping sites!

  Also living in my elven hair braids obsession! I used to have hair down to my knees, but cut it all off after high school 10 years ago. I had been growing it and cutting it on and off for about 7 years, but in the last 3 years I&apos;ve decided to grow it out again and it&apos;s now back down to my waist; thankfully, just in time for my long braided hair obsession to be in full swing! Being able to do so many intricate styles with my hair again is so fun! Also, our algorithms have to be so similar - I&apos;m utterly infatuated with medieval-core/fantasy-core/cottage-core aesthetics, and I always have been. Although my algorithm has been feeding me a lot of jester-core outfits lately and I can&apos;t say I&apos;m mad about how people are bringing harlequin styles into their everyday outfits!

  I absolutely love a dusty old stripe as well. And you just reminded me of an old dark brown velvet coat I had as a teenager. I loved that thing so much and still miss it a lot. I don’t remember where I got it from, but it was kinda like a pirate coat and I wore it until it fell apart beyond repair. I wish I could find one like it again. 🥲
