And today is Michael Jackson’s Birthday!! Happy birthday Michael! Great reaction love the info in the deep dive. “The Jacksons” was a transition period as they were all getting older and the band had left Motown. Tito is the one with the guitar. Michael and I were only 3mons apart in age.

He made those legendary spins look so effortless by tucking the heel of one foot right against the toes of the other.. he created a super tight axis that gave him insane balance and allowed him to pull off 3 to 4 fast loops easily.
He’d pull his arms in close to speed up, then open them up like an instant brake to slow down. And that sudden, frozen stop (like by the pool table in Beat It) was all down to his incredible core strength and control.
RIP King of Perfection

MJ was number 8 of 10 children. From oldest to youngest within the Jackson siblings – Rebbie Jackson, Jackie Jackson, Tito Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, LaToya Jackson, Marlon Jackson (whose twin Brandon Jackson died in child birth), Michael Jackson, Randy Jackson and the youngest Janet Jackson. Also I want to clarify the Jackson 5 were indeed huge! They was the first group to have their first four songs all reach No. 1 consecutively, had their own animated television series, board games, cereal, this, that, and the other. They took over The Beatles on the charts with their first song and their second single ABC sold 2 million copies in two and a half weeks. They had three number one albums in 1970 alone. They became a bit stagnant in 1972/1973 but that’s why Michael and the brothers decided to leave Motown Records and became The Jacksons in 1975, they had to change their name cause Motown Records owned the name Jackson 5 so they were now know as The Jacksons and move to CBS Records/Epic Records while Jermaine Jackson stayed behind cause he married Berry Gordy’s daughter, so Randy Jackson was added to the group even tho he was performing alongside the Jackson 5 since 1971. Michael’s solo career had eclipsed just how huge the Jackson 5/The Jacksons was. After all they didn’t call it “Jacksonmania” for nothing. They truly are the Greatest Boy Band Of All Time! As a group they have sold over 150 million records worldwide before Michael even went solo so they were an anomaly themselves.👑⭐️💯("Blame It on the Boogie" – Is about competing with the boogie for the attention of a girl, and eventually giving into the boogie. The Jacksons released “Blame It On the Boogie” on August 23, 1978. It serves as the lead single from the “Destiny” LP. The song is a cover of the original by English singer-songwriter Mick Jackson, ironically a Jackson (not related to the Jackson family) who co-wrote the song with his brother David Jackson and Elmar Krohn, the song was written in hopes of being sold to Stevie Wonder. “Blame It On the Boogie" received a music video, directed by Peter Conn. It is very simple and features the group's members dancing on a black background. The Jacksons performed the song exclusively during the Destiny World Tour in 1979. Although it did middling numbers in the US, “Blame It on the Boogie” was a worldwide hit, and remains The Jacksons most celebrated song to this day.)

 That line “ I can’t control my feet”…
After watching the Michael movie now I realize how true that statement is concerning at least Michael. (Idk about the others)
That man literally couldn’t stay still to save his life. 😂 And I’ve always loved that about him.
Nobody moved like Michael!
Great reaction y’all! ✌️
