Someone (or maybe just a camera) possibly saw William entering the safe room, and an "employee" in a Fredbear suit following shortly after and assumed they were congregating in the safe room. At this point I wish Scott would just make a two hour video of Him just explaining fnaf 1 - UCN, or the whole story if He has to, so we can have closure and move on, because at this point We're just running in circles and trying to reconfigure the events and clues into somewhat reasonable stories.
