FNaF 2 + 4 : Two Sides of the Same Story

  Ok so I want to make this a pinned comment since people seem to be (reasonably) placing a lot of emphasis on the wrong part of my statement near the start. By mistake, when repeating Phone Guy’s audio and trying to emphasize the word choice of “was closed for years” I say “it WAS closed for a while” trying to point out as much as possible the Was part. People really focused on me saying “a while”, but My point is entirely that “was” is past tense. “Has been” is current. “It &nbsp;place WAS closed for years though” in the context of the full quote about the restaurant’s original location, implying the building wasn’t just made as Freddy’s 2 but must be an older building, which he says the original ‘restaurant’ owners owned it when it was called Fredbear’s Family diner, lining up with the start of the game saying it was a vintage pizzeria given new life. This also isn’t the basis for the whole theory- this is what got me thinking about FNaF 2 being connected to Fredbears and FNaF 4 which I kept finding evidence for. That’s what the rest of the video covers.<br><br>I find it kinda ironic that people are saying I’m misinterpreting a “grammatical mistake” when ignoring what the meaning of my statements are.

  &quot;Why would they reuse the building?&quot;<br><br>We do that IRL all the time. In my hometown there&apos;s an ethnic market that used to be a hair salon, that was originally a post office... buildings get repurposed all the time. There&apos;s an old supermarket that&apos;s now been partitioned up into multiple smaller shops in like a mini-mall configuration since the supermarket moved.

  I remember in one of dawko&apos;s interviews with Scott, he said NOBODY understood the story of fnaf 4.<br><br>This theory is so different from anything else I&apos;ve seen that I&apos;m inclined to actually believe this one to be the real answer

  Not to mention that, in the movies, the FNAF 2 location is LITERALLY the original location, which might be another call to this idea of it being a repurposed Fredbears in the games

  One thing to mention for the logbook part that also serves as evidence for this theory, is that Cassidy talks in faded text (ephemeral addition) while the crying child is altering text (projecting onto). This practically confirms that the crying child has the power to manipulate things around himself, projecting his memories and feelings, meaning he could definitely have influenced the events of fnaf 2.

  This is the first fnaf theory in a long time where I’ve gone “huh that’s right” multiple times. I normally don’t like the more abstract theories but this one hit it out of the park especially with the last 20 minutes where you tied it into being a narrative. <br><br>Honestly this might be your best theory video. Amazing work
