  My wife and I just got off the Star Princess Alaska cruise. The ship is quite nice, the staff excellent, the service top notch and the food did not disappoint. We had, what we were told, was one of the best weather weeks possible. It honestly could not have been better. We packed for cold and rainy and needed none of it. IF you catch a rainy or foggy week, this will have a dramatic effect on the quality of the trip. For us, while nothing is ever perfect, it’s a 10 in our book.
