  To people that say Morrowind is just nostalgia. No. Morrowind is a fundamentally different game than the others.

  One thing you forgot to mention with combat in Morrowind is that weapons have different attacks and that they are bound to character movement. Attacking while moving forward or backwards allows you to do a stab attack. Attacking while standing still enables you to do a frontal/overhead attack, and holding down to charge the attack to make it a heavy attack e.g. weapons with damage range of [1-70] will only do little damage if you don't charge the attack. Attacking while moving side to side allows you do to a sweep strike. The weapons have different damage stats based on the type of attack as well e.g. spears only do damage when you stab them so you really need to think about your movement while fighting. I think if Morrowind focused more on this it could have had a really engaging combat system. It could have added a lot more depth to the game, like having a interrupt/stun for some weapon types, bleed damage for cleaves (side swipe) using a claymore etc.

  Amazing video.<br>Appreciate your double evaluation at the end, once with set points and once with how you really feel about it.<br>Granted opinions about the games are very subjective, i still feel like you did a great job breaking things down in a mostly objective way.

  I played the hell out of Morrowind back in the day, skipped Oblivion (no way to play it when it came out) and then played the Skyrim. &nbsp;Going back to Oblivion Remastered I’m almost happy I missed it originally as now it feels like such a great bridge between the new and old.

  You can rank up in both thieves Guild and fighters guild if you taunt the one person that says you have to choose in the thieves Guild until they attack you and you can kill them with no repercussions and get the item you need for fighters guild

  Shock ending but loved it. Playing through Morrowind right now with OpenMW with extra graphic shaders plus Tamriel Rebuilt and Project Tamriel added. Absolutely amazing.

  In morrowind minor skills give you statpoints for your level up, so you&apos;re always looking to get those up too. But unlike in oblivion you can keep leveling until you get the full bonuses.

  I&apos;ve only played Skyrim a lot on my PS3 and PS4. And I played the Oblivion Remastered Edition four times on my PS5 ever since it came out. If Morrowind got the same remastered treatment that Oblivion had, I&apos;d play it a lot of times
