  Curb appeal is what sells your home. A clean well maintained yard gives alot of good impressions before people even walk in the door. If you take care of your yard, you generally take care of everything else too.

  I don’t look at a home thinking I’m going to move in as is. I’m looking at the space and picturing my own furniture. Can other people not do that?

  Nope. &nbsp;I look at the Bones of the house, the living flow, cross-ventilation, orientation to the sun, etc.

  Something that is overlooked way way way too much is photos. Your realtor, unless they are a professional photographer themselves, needs to be setting you up with home photos.
