Modding old consoles is one of my favorite things to do. It gives so much freedom and in a lot of cases its the only affordable way to play old games. Also, you could try cleaning the paint with isopropyl alcohol (Should be at least 70%). It should come off and you dont have to worry about some of it getting into the electronics as long as you dont just dump it on the console since its not conductive (Its also often used to clean the motherboard or other chips themselves).

Watched a BUNCH of vids about modding 3ds/3ds xl, why is this the FIRST that mentions books, music and movies?! Like damn. Thank you so much for sharing, I'm even more excited about modding one I just got as a gift! Mine is also black and I'll keep it that way.

Okay sis, I see you. Like 99.9% of videos I see about modded Nintendo 3ds XLs are mostly white and white/pink. I don’t think I’ve come across dark colored modded 3ds XLs that are still girly ish, I love it 💕 finding a white ish 3ds XL at a reasonable price is not easy.

 The 3DS is finally free:face-blue-smiling:

Edit: Did you already make a NAND? (I didn't watch the whole vid) But, a NAND key in case a tragedy happens and your 3DS bricks, the NAND is like an extra life!

I like the paint on the buttons tbh it looks like it was there intentionally to add some sort of electric blue accent to a black ds shell :)
your stickers are so cute also! <3

i lovee this!! if you're worried about the stickers wearing away you should definitely try getting a clear case for it! I have one and the stickers look a lot more nicer underneath it :3 plus you can attatch a charm to it!
